When you have a question or a problem to report you can rest assured that we will always do
our best to help you, and as quickly as possible… that’s what you are paying for after all.
Wysdom has always had a reputation for its superior level of support and that continues to be
the bedrock of our relationship with our customers.
CloudPlus Hardware Support
Your CloudPlus unit is unlikely to fail or have issues in general but if it does we will fix it or
replace it as part of your subscription so don’t hesitate to report any concerns.
It will need the filter behind the front cover replacing at times or you may have a disk failure.
Your User Manual has all the instructions.
Training Support
Unlimited training over the Internet is free for all customers. You can arrange a webinar
session with support anytime for new staff or refresher training.
Annual On-Site Visit
We know that personal relationships with our customers is vital. With this a Wysdom priority
we plan to visit every site once a year to look at how you are getting on with CloudPlus and
how you can maximise the system benefits. This could be doing something a little different
or using a function you don’t even know exists to make your workflow better; or indeed
anything you just want a bit of help with. This is not charged for… it’s what we do.
Q&A Notebook
When you are busy don’t forget you can always make a quick note in your Q&A Notebook so
you remember to ask support about a topic that is not important enough to raise a new
support ticket but you would really like an answer to next time you are talking to us… easy.
